    Activity 4

    This video presents the activity 4 of the Food Portions module of the EFFECT program and how to put it in place for children. This activity aims to help children understand the impact of food processing on its characteristics and eating speed. It has three steps : a quiz on the different characteristics of textures of apples (fresh, glass juice and mashed); a taste activity of the different apple texture; and finally a transformation activity with the pressing of oranges to show the number of oranges to make one glass of juice.
