Food Portions – Activity 3

This video presents the activity 3 of the EFFECT program and how to put it in place for children. This activity aims to teach children about fruits through a game around seasonality, through a cooking activity and through a blind tasting session. It also aims to teach children about perception, as the fruit salad will be contained in different containers to show how a portion can look different following the container.
